About Us
We all have the desire to live the best life we can. At times, however, we may need help doing that. Elevate’s mission is to provide services to support and empower individuals and families experiencing challenges with substance use and mental health disorders. We are a resource for residents in Washington, Waukesha and Sheboygan counties.
