Come see what 4-H can do for you and your family and what you can do in 4-H! Enjoy lots of hands on activities and check out what 4-H is all about!
Each of the 19 community clubs from throughout the county will have a booth so families can check out each of the clubs and figure out which is the best fit for their family.
Youth also enroll in 4-H Projects which is an area of investigation that members sign up for based on their individual interests. There are over 80 projects to join! At the Open House, families will be able to talk with members and leaders of the county-wide projects and explore them through hands on activities.
Additionally, families will be able to get information on other opportunities through 4-H like the various trips and camps, the many leadership opportunities, and also how to enroll and join 4-H.
4-H is an educational youth program conducted by University of Wisconsin Cooperative Extension. It is the largest youth organization in Wisconsin with 150,000 youth members and 30,000 adult volunteers. 4-H is open to all youth from K-5 through 13th grade.
