Description
"Finding Your Way Home"
An eight week workshop for all ages covering areas of Pre-Planning: finances, funeral arrangements, legal documents and a complete overview of medical services, equipment, living environments, day programs, county programs and end of life services available.
Attendees will work through each week individualizing the chapters to reflect their wishes. At the end of the workshop, each attendee will have a complete, well-organized book to pass on to those they entrust their care to and be their voice.
