a love story set amid the anarchy and chaos of postwar Tennessee will headline the Medical Center Foundation of Hartford’s 35th Annual Dinner

This year’s featured speaker is Robert Grede, BA, MBA.  Mr. Grede is a graduate of DePauw University and The Emory University School of Business, has been a carpenter, musician, teacher, author, speaker, entrepreneur, consultant, and dad.  For fun, he writes string quartets.  Grede has been on the faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Carroll College, and Marquette
University, is a syndicated columnist and frequent contributor to magazines, and has authored the best-selling Naked Marketing – The Bare Essentials and several other books on marketing and strategic planning.  He will share excerpts from his first novel, The Spur and the Sash.
