You are cordially invited to attend Dr. “Phil” Hoffmann’s 30th Anniversary Stag Night, set for Wednesday, October 3, 2012, in the upstairs dining room of The Mineshaft Restaurant. There’s something to be said about a 30-year run – it speaks to the event’s success! Be sure to mark your calendar so you don’t miss this men’s night out!!
Proceeds from Stag Night benefit the Medical Center Foundation of Hartford’s community programs, which include Adult Day Services, Patient Transportation, Personal Emergency Response and Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner programs. Please know your donation is critical to keeping these programs available to folks residing in our communities! A portion of your ticket (as stated on bottom) is tax deductible.
The Mineshaft management and staff do a tremendous job to make this a fun and memorable night. There is open bar from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. including many delicious appetizers, followed by Dr. Phil’s favorite Prime rib or Pan Fried Walleye (please make your choice on enclosed slip and return by September 26th or e-mail you’re your choice to laura.eggert@aurora.org).
In addition to drawing names for $5,000 in cash, there are door prizes, our famous Chinese Raffle for a variety of valuable items, the Cash Bag Raffle and Auction items, totaling $10,000 in cash and prizes.
The cost for Stag Night is $125 per person, or $650 for a corporate table of six. We suggest you send your individual or corporate reservation as soon as possible! Don’t wait until our September 26th deadline! If you are unable to attend, you may purchase a ticket for $100, which will be placed in the cash drawing and is totally tax deductible.
